Return & Exchange Policy (Damaged or Mis-shipments Only)

  • Eligibility
    Returns or exchanges are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or if you receive the wrong product.

  • Notification Window
    Report any issues within 7 days of delivery. Claims filed after this period will not be processed.

  • How to Initiate

    1. Email support@sapiscrafterina.com with your order number and a brief description.

    2. Attach clear photos or a short video showing the damage or incorrect item.

  • Verification & Approval
    We’ll review your submission within 5 business days. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for return shipping or exchange.

  • Return Shipping
    Prepaid labels will be provided for approved returns. Please pack the item in its original packaging whenever possible.

  • Replacement of exchange of the product will be delivered within 5-7 working days 

 

  • Exceptions

    • Claims related to customer misuse or post-delivery mishandling will not qualify.

    • For non-damaged or correct items, please refer to our standard purchase terms.
