Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or if you receive the wrong product. -
Notification Window
Report any issues within 7 days of delivery. Claims filed after this period will not be processed. -

We’ll review your submission within 5 business days. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for return shipping or exchange. -
Return Shipping
Prepaid labels will be provided for approved returns. Please pack the item in its original packaging whenever possible. - Replacement of exchange of the product will be delivered within 5-7 working days
